Sayed Ali co-founder and business partner of Michael Cinco reveals how he has built a business synonymous with opulence and grandeur to win the world over with Michael’s couture designs. Sayed Ali, born on May 1st, 1976 from Egypt, is the co-founder ad business partner of Michael Cinco Couture.

He started his career in Dubai from humble beginnings. He was the PRO of the same company where he met Michael in 2002. When this company branched into a fashion line, Sayed was tasked to manage the fashion label of the company with Michael as its creative director.

His respect and love for Michael are unparalleled. Their friendship is deep and bonded more than a real family. Their mutual respect became the foundation to synergize and open a company of their own.

By the end of 2013, he and Michael opened their fashion label allowing full control of the Michael Cinco brand, as co-founder of the fashion house, Sayed made sure that Michael would do his creative designs while he manages the ups and downs of the business. Because of this partnership, Sayed was able to transmute the brand into one of the biggest names in the fashion industry.

Sayed Ali, with a total of twenty years in the fashion business, took the Michael Cinco brand into one of Dubai’s leading fashion lines that cut across all corners of the globe. He now manages over 130 employees in the couture house making critical decisions on costs of operations. Drawing on his experience, he has plans to pivot the company into their fashion lines to tap on what he saw a tremendous opportunity at the intersections of a fast-growing clientele they have and taps on the “innate human need of wanting to look good.

Sayed Ali has Masters Degree in Business Administration from European Business School on London and was awarded on Honorable PHD Degree Certifications from Humanitarian Resource Institute of the United Nations Arts Initiative in 2021 (UNISF of Arts). This Doctorate Degree is in recognition of Sayed’s arts integration into education by promoting arts as a vehicle solution oriented strategic planning and development across the globe.

In 2014 Michael was conferred with PRESIDENTIAL AWARD for Outstanding Filipinos Overseas by President Benigno Aquino Jr. for his exemplification of the talent and industry which the Philippines has to offer to the world. He was also awarded PEOPLE of the YEAR Award in 2020.

In 2019 Michael became the first ever Filipino fashion designer to feature his first ever solo fashion exhibition in SCAD Museum of Arts in Savannah, Georgia USA. He collaborated with Ballet Philippines to showcased his biggest and grandest fashion show called The Impalpable Dream of SWAN LAKE in Manila, Philippines.

Michael appeared in the US hit reality show AMERICA’s NEXT TOP MODEL Cycle 16 and All-Star Cycle 17 finale hosted by Tyra Banks. He was also chosen as guest designer and guest judge in the new reality show ASIA’s NEXT TOP MODEL in 2013 and CHINA’s NEXT TOP MODEL in 2015 which was highly endorsed by Tyra Banks.
